Are meals provided at conference?
Yes, conference is fully catered! Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea is provided for all who register for conference. 


Are special dietary requirements catered for? 

If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please indicate this through the registration process, dietary needs section. We are able to cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan requirements and will make every effort to accommodate your needs. 

Allergy Caution: Please be aware of the risks that if you are highly allergic to certain ingredients, we cannot 100% guarantee your safety. Participants with severe allergies or strict dietary needs may prefer to bring their own food to conference.

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that either the Auckland or Dunedin 2025 Reflect conference is cancelled by the organisers or by any reason or any factor outside the control of the organisers (such as COVID-19 restrictions), we will offer a full refund of your registration fee. The liability of the organisers and CMFnz shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the organisers nor CMFnz shall be liable to refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out relevant insurance, including travel insurance.

If you need to cancel your registration due to COVID-19, a full refund of your registration fee will be offered to you. You must notify CMFnz by email before or on the day of conference at [email protected]

If you wish to amend or cancel your registration for any reason other than COVID-19, you must notify CMFnz by email at [email protected]. Cancellations received before Monday 1st May 2025 will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of $40. Cancellations received after that date will result in a 100% cancellation fee being payable. All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place.

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to CMFnz prior to the conference - email [email protected].


I'm travelling from out of town, what should I do about accommodation?
Please note that registration does not include accommodation. Some attendees travelling from outside the region may need to stay in Auckland/Dunedin for the night before and/or the night of the conference. You will need to arrange this yourself. We recommend that in the first instance you may be able to reach out to friends or colleagues. Otherwise, we recommend booking an hotel/motel/airbnb early to not miss out!


Is there any childcare available for my kids at conference?
Unfortunately, childcare is not available at either conference. However, you are welcome to bring your dependent children along at no extra cost. We just ask that you e-mail us at [email protected] to inform of us by 1st May 2025, so that we can cater for them on the day. 


How can I become a member of CMFnz or NCFNZ?
You can sign up to CMFnz membership here or learn more about membership at cmf.nz/membership. All members are entitled to a 10% discount on conference fees.

You can sign up for a paid NCFNZ membership at ncfnz.org.nz/membership here. Paying members are entitled to a 10% discount on conference fees.
