Sunday 23rd May 2021, 9am - 3.30pm
Prayer House, 15 Matapouri Road, Mangere Bridge, Auckland
The Saline Process is a witness training designed to equip and mobilise Christian healthcare workers as witnesses of the love and reality of Jesus in their place of work. Saline was developed and is supported by IHS Global (www.ihsglobal.org/about) and is suitable for any healthcare staff who have contact with patients, not just doctors and nurses.
In this Saline training, Dr Flora Gastrell and Dr Glennis Mafi will take you through a three-hour introduction to Saline Process training with some ideas and tools which will have wide practical application. After lunch, there will be up to two hours for sharing stories, questions and practising some of the Saline Tools. This introductory training will give you a good overview as well as ideas to put into practice in your work. It is suitable for those new to Saline or for those wanting a refresher.
We welcome graduates and students of any of the health professions and especially those in Auckland for the CMFnz Reflect Conference on Saturday 22nd May.
Registration for this Saline training is free - we don't want price to be a barrier to participation; all are welcome to attend.
If you're able to give a donation to support costs relating to this or future Saline training workshops, we'd be very grateful!
