The 2018 CMFnz Conference is located at the Silverstream Retreat, at 3 Reynolds Bach Drive, Upper Hutt.

Only 30 minutes' drive north of central Wellington, and 35km from Wellington Airport. It's a beautiful venue, surrounded by native bush, with views of the Hutt Valley. 

Transport

There is limited public transport available from Wellington Airport to the Silverstream Retreat. The Wellington Airport website lists a range of options.

The Airport Flyer bus travels from Wellington airport to Lower Hutt via the Wellington Train Station, and departs every 10-15 minutes. You would need to catch another bus from Lower Hutt to get to conference. One possible plan:

Take the Airport Flyer to the train station. Take the Hutt Valley Line Train to the Petone Station. Catch the 110 Bus (Petone-Emerald Hill) from Stop B at the Petone Station, and get off opposite the Silverstream Railway Museum, 100m from the Silverstream Retreat.

Catching a Super Shuttle is an affordable option, particularly if travelling with two or more people. Bookings are recommended.
