Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration process, you are accepting these terms and conditions including the cancellations and refunds as outlined below.
The information you supply on the registration form will be shared and used by the Christian Medical Fellowship of New Zealand (‘CMFnz’) and between the members of the 2021 organising committee for the purpose of this event, and for notifications of subsequent events. You are entitled to ask CMFnz for access to, and to correct, your personal information.
It is expressly agreed that CMFnz, its employees, contractors, Board or committee members or volunteers shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of any Conference participant or other person in connection with the events of the programme or other activities of CMFnz, for any reason whatsoever, no matter howsoever caused.
CMFnz does not assume responsibility or liability for stolen, lost or damaged personal property.
Registrations will be acknowledged via email along with an invoice for any registration fees owing within 3 working days of you submitting the registration form. Payment can be made via internet banking or via credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.9% processing fee. Once payment is received, confirmation of registration will be issued by email and the invoice will serve as your receipt.
Non-payment of any invoice issued may void your registration: registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD$). All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD$).
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that either the Auckland or Christchurch 2021 Reflect conference is cancelled by the organisers or by any reason or any factor outside the control of the organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers and CMFnz shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the organisers nor CMFnz shall be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out relevant insurance, including travel insurance.
If, due to COVID-19 or any other reason, the decision is made to move the conference to a digital, online-only format, refunds of registration fees will not be made.
If you wish to amend or cancel your registration you must notify CMFnz by email at [email protected]. Cancellations received before 7th May will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of $30. Cancellations received after that date will result in a 100% cancellation fee being payable. All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place. If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to CMFnz prior to the conference - email [email protected].
If due to circumstances outside your control you are unable to attend conference, you may contact [email protected], as partial refunds may be given under certain circumstances.
CMFnz is unable to cater for a full-range of dietary requirements at its 2021 Reflect Conferences. CMFnz will endeavour to have gluten-free and vegetarian options available, but participants with allergies or strict dietary needs are encouraged to make their own arrangements for meals.
Any person attending a CMFnz Reflect conference consents to being photographed for use in promotional material for CMFnz on its website, Facebook page, and in email or printed communications.
