CMFnz's 2021 Reflect Conferences with the theme 'Reality and Hope' were held in Auckland and in Christchurch in May. Christian medical students and doctors gathered from around the North and South Islands for a day of worship, teaching, seminars, fellowship and great food. Unfortunately, our keynote speaker, Dr Sam Bloore, who was such an encouragement to us at the Auckland conference, was unavailable for the Christchurch conference due to illness. However, we were delighted that Brendan Malone was able to join us, and were greatly blessed and challenged what he had to share on community, culture and the courage to be countercultural.
