Are meals provided at conference?
Yes, conference is fully catered! Lunch and dinner is provided for all who register for conference, along with light refreshments for morning and afternoon tea.

Are special dietary requirements catered for? 
We are able to fully cater for gluten-free and vegetarian diets, and there will be vegan meal options for lunch and dinner, though we cannot guarantee vegan food at morning or afternoon tea. We are not able to cater for other dietary requirements so if you have allergies you may wish to make arrangements for your meals independently for conference. What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that either the Auckland or Dunedin 2023 Reflect conference is cancelled by the organisers or by any reason or any factor outside the control of the organisers (such as COVID-19 restrictions), we will offer a full refund of your registration fee. The liability of the organisers and CMFnz shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the organisers nor CMFnz shall be liable to refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out relevant insurance, including travel insurance.

If you need to cancel your registration due to COVID-19, a full refund of your registration fee will be offered to you. You must notify CMFnz by email before or on the day of conference at [email protected]

If you wish to amend or cancel your registration for any reason other than COVID-19, you must notify CMFnz by email at [email protected]. Cancellations received before Monday 1st May 2023 will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of $30. Cancellations received after that date will result in a 100% cancellation fee being payable. All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place.

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to CMFnz prior to the conference - email [email protected].

I'm travelling from out of town, what should I do about accommodation?
Please note that registration does not include accommodation. Some attendees travelling from outside the region may need to stay in Auckland/Dunedin for the night before and/or the night of the conference. You will need to arrange this yourself. We recommend that in the first instance you may be able to reach out to friends or colleagues. Otherwise, we recommend booking early to not miss out!

If you are a CMFnz member or paying NCFNZ member, you may register your interest in being billeted by someone in the CMFnz or NCFNZ network, or in joining a group for a private paid shared accommodation arrangement. More information here.

Is there any childcare available for my kids at conference?
Unfortunately, childcare is not available at either conference.
